All sales are final. GLOBALNGINEERING does not accept returns or provide refunds for any products, including new, unopened, unused, or unopened covers, except where required by applicable law.

By purchasing from GLOBALNGINEERING, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Products may not be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit once delivered.
• Opened, unopened, used, unused, or incorrectly ordered items are all considered final sale.
• Customer-specific, custom-sized, or made-to-order products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• GLOBALNGINEERING is not responsible for return shipping costs.

If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you must notify GLOBALNGINEERING within 7 days of delivery by phone or email. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or other resolution after reviewing the claim.

Any unauthorized return shipments may be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
